Hi everyone! Today for my health blog I will share with you a way to completely clean out your bowels top down! I’m doing this as a preparation for something called the “liver gallbladder flush” which is a powerful and intensive cleanse. The first step to this is a full flush-out of the bowels.

And I know a great trick that’s much better than regular enemas that I’ll show here for you on my blog! Of course I’m a really good blogger and I want to inform you correctly. So I show you every step of the bowel flush process in detail. I show you everything that comes out too. Wow, the final result is incredible! Almost too much for my big toilet bucket!
