Sara arrived at the gym determined to stick to her usual routine. From the moment she warmed up, she felt a strange flutter in her stomach, but she didn’t let it stop her. As she lifted the first leg weight, an unexpected “prrrt” escaped her lips, making even her laugh.

Far from being embarrassed, she continued training as if nothing had happened. Each squat came with its own symphony of sounds, and each jump seemed to have built-in special effects.
